Facebook is overwhelming enough for newbies, but when a longtime Girl Geek like myself has brain freeze almost every time I try to do something useful on the site, like edit a Page...well, there's something wrong. Too bad the powers-that-be at FB never took notes from Steve Krug's book, "Don't Make Me Think!". Then maybe they would have redesigned things with some semblance of usability.
